AXREN HEROES Terms of Use / EULA

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between Falsehood Mask ("Company") and the users of AXREN HEROES ("Software"). This EULA governs the acquisition and use of the Software provided by Falsehood Mask or through an authorized reseller or distributor ("Reseller").

By installing or using the Software, you confirm your acceptance of this EULA and agree to be bound by its terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant

Falsehood Mask grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Software under the following conditions:

• The Software may be installed and used on personal devices (PC, mobile, tablet, etc.) under your control.
• You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum system requirements for the Software.

Prohibited Actions

• Modify, adapt, translate, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to do any such actions on the Software.
• Reproduce, distribute, resell, or use the Software for commercial purposes.
• Allow third parties to use the Software on your behalf.
• Use the Software in violation of any applicable local, national, or international laws.
• Use the Software in a manner deemed inappropriate by the Company.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The Software and all related intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Falsehood Mask. The Company reserves the right to grant licenses to third parties.

3. Cloud Save Data

• Cloud-saved game data may be deleted if you have not played the game for more than one month.
• No prior notice will be provided for such deletions.

4. Termination of Service

• The Company reserves the right to terminate the Software or its associated services without prior notice.
• Upon termination, the use of the Software and access to cloud save data cannot be guaranteed.

5. Termination of Agreement

This EULA is effective from the date you first use the Software and will remain in effect until terminated. Termination may occur under the following conditions:

• You notify the Company in writing and cease use of the Software.
• You fail to comply with the terms of this EULA.

Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Software.

6. Governing Law

This EULA and any disputes arising from or in connection with it will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Company's jurisdiction.
